How to take SLIMQUICK® cleanse

Recommended dose and directions: Take your first serving (4 capsules) with lunch and your second serving with dinner. Take this product with at least 250 mL (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking and/or blockage of the throat, esophagus or intestine. See choking warning. Do not take immediately before going to bed. Drinking ten 250 mL glasses of water per day during the cleansing period is recommended. SLIMQUICK® cleanse should be used in conjunction with a cleansing diet and exercise program (refer to cleansing meal plan). To continue your weight-loss journey beyond SLIMQUICK® cleanse, immediately incorporate SLIMQUICK® caplets or packets into your sensible diet and exercise program. Read entire label before use and follow directions.

Recommended duration of use: Do not take for more than 7 days.

NOTICE:  This product contains senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any ingredient in this product. Consult a physician before using if you have diabetes, liver or kidney disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, hypertension or are taking monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, blood thinners like warfarin, or are taking heart medications, diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or other medications or health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not take within 3 hours of another medication as it may affect how well the medication works. Do not use if nausea, vomiting or fever are present or if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, a potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, or undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice. Use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended serving as improper use of this product does not enhance results. Do not use if inner safety seal has been broken.

Choking: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
