Return Policy

Consumers who wish to return SLIMQUICK® products are to adhere to the following process to receive replacement products, or receive credit for the items returned:

• Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-877-221-7546 to obtain approval for your return
• Summarize the items you wish to return and be prepared to specify the reasons for the return for each product:
  
  • Quality concern
  • Damaged
  • Other
• A CRA (Consumer Return Authorization) number will be issued and this number must accompany this return in the shipment instructions. We suggest that it be included on the outside label of the shipping box.

Please note:

• SLIMQUICK Laboratories cannot process a return without a preauthorized CRA number, pre-associated with the returned goods.
• Return Policy is valid on first-time consumer orders only.
• All Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Items returned without a preauthorized CRA number will become the property of SLIMQUICK LABORATORIES®.
